Extremely comfortable and cosy during our stay.
My family and I faced numerous frustrations during our stay. First, there was no place to sit quietly when we checked in due to an event taking place. The broken toilet seat and the constant noise from the air conditioning were unacceptable. Further, we had to wait a long time for breakfast at a packed restaurant, and it felt very disorganized.

Here’s what works – and what doesn’t
The staff offered exceptional service with a warm welcome and early check-in! the hotel is impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The dining experience fell short with poorly prepared meals, especially the undercooked vegetables! plus, the breakfast service left us feeling rushed.

It was just a fine choice for a quick layover in Knock with good value. The reception staff even helped book my train tickets, which was a lifesaver. Remember to ask about breakfast options on arrival.

During my stay, I found the room to be spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable working environment. The beds were particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. Dining options were varied, with plenty of choices available, and the breakfast buffet was included in the package, offering plenty of options suitable for my dietary needs, including gluten-free selections.

Had a lovely one-night stay with an amazing dinner and a filling breakfast! There were some relaxing spots like a sun terrace and a beautiful garden area to unwind. Just a heads up, the lift was out of order during my visit, but it didn’t really ruin my experience. 😊

I enjoyed my stay at the Knock House Hotel. The staff were really kind and helpful throughout my time there. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view of the basilica at night. The breakfast offered a good selection, but dinner options were quite limited. The meal presentation didn't match the quality I expected. I also noticed inadequate training among the waiting staff during dinner, which affected the overall dining experience. I had to wait for quite some time to receive my meal, and the atmosphere felt a bit unwelcoming at dinner. I liked the hotel's proximity to the Knock Shrine, making it convenient for visitors going there. the hotel itself felt quite noisy at times due to events happening in the lobby, and there wasn't much space to sit quietly outside of it. my experience was enjoyable, but I feel they need to address some dining aspects and provide more comfortable lounge areas.

Not the best for dining
The staff were really friendly and welcoming, which made a good impression. The room was comfy and had a great view of the lit basilica at night. Breakfast was on point and freshly made but dinner didn't impress at all. And they could've offered breakfast for us early in the morning without hassle.

The spacious twin room I stayed in had a charming, homely decor that made it feel welcoming. Plus, its proximity to the Knock shrine makes it a desirable stay for those visiting for pilgrimage.
I hit a snag when the breakfast room was too cramped, causing a bit of a wait for food. worth noting if you like your meals at your chosen time. The limited menu options during breakfast and dinner left much to be desired, and the portion sizes were on the smaller side, especially for meals like the roast of the day which didn’t feel worth the €16 price tag. A malfunctioning shower in my room also put a bit of a damper on things, as the pressure was hardly adequate for a decent rinse.

I had a pleasant stay in a Twin Room for one night. The cleaning staff were efficient, and I appreciated the quick service during breakfast. the dining experience had its drawbacks, as the waiting staff were inexperienced and there was a lack of bar facilities for non-residents, making for a less welcoming atmosphere.
